THRIVE is led by Cindi Johnson, a senior leadership and talent strategist with over 25 years’ experience working on the business side of strategy and development who brings a strong human capital background. She is an ICF certified coach, has an MBA in Organizational and Human Resource Development from the University of Mary Washington and certifications in several leadership, team and individual assessment tools.
